Following the extension of the estate by Mr. NAUDET Jean in
1985, the Sociéré Civile d’Exploitation Viticole was created
with his son Michel at its head. The farm is located in Sury-enVaux, a wine-growing town six kilometers from Sancerre.
Today, the estate produces Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
The white lands are the highest hills, clay-limestone, they
produce full-bodied and robust wines, they are mainly located in
the commune of Sury-en-Vaux.
The caillottes are made up of very stony, very limestone
hillsides and produce fine, light and fruity wines in the
communes of Verdigny and Bué.
The soils rich in flint produce fleshy wines of good quality, with
a characteristic bouquet, commune of Saint-Satur.
Color: Pale yellow with green reflections.
Nose: Very expressive nose with fruity notes. Floral and mineral nuances support a
beautiful freshness.
Mouth: The palate is generous with aromas of white-fleshed fruits. An attack
blended with fat
and fleshiness to finish with a balanced liveliness.
Wine pairing: Perfect with fish and seafood. Also served in Sancerre with a Crottin
de Chavignol.
