VARIETY: 75 % Viura, 25% Malvasía.
WINEMAKING: Manual harvest, with long pre-fermentative
macerations in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
It undergoes more than 15 days of fermentation at controlled temperature
for perfect extraction of aromas. Then fermentation is stopped naturally
with cold. Intense work with fine lees to enhance the fat in the mouth.
Once the winemaking process is finished, we clarify and stabilize the
wine in the most respectful way. Finally, in an inert environment, we
proceed to bottling.
TASTING
COLOR: Straw yellow with a slightly greenish rim that denotes youth;
clean and bright.
AROMA: Elegant, clean, very floral (almond blossom, honey) and
fruity. Appears peach and apricot combined with citrus touches of lemon
and grapefruit.
MOUTH: Good balance between volume and acidity, which makes this
wine very easy to drink. Elegant and unctuous passage due to the intense
work with fine lees, with a fresh finish that invites to continue drinking.
FORMATS: 750 ml bottle..
