VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo.
WINEMAKING: Made with vines over 30 years old and with no more than
5,500 kg/ha production yields. and manual harvest. Fermentation of
destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Maceration of skins for 30 days,
with two daily pumping over.
AGEING: 12 months in American oak and then 6 months in French oak.
Barrels from 1st to 4th use.
TASTING
COLOR: Intense cherry, well covered.
AROMA: Powerful nose, good intensity in aromas from ripe red forest fruit
(blackberry) with notes of cedar and vanilla. Very well assembled.
MOUTH: In the mouth, it is serious in the encounter, fleshy and balanced,
with a good passage of fruit accompanied and integrated with
toasted wood and noble tannins. Powerful aftertaste, long and with
personality.
PAIRING: Red and white meats, sausages, cheeses, rice, pasta, barbecues, or
dairy desserts.
