VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo Blanco
This variety evolved naturally from the red tempranillo grape and
was discovered in 1988, from a grapevine located in an old Rioja
vineyard.
WINE MAKING: Starting from the yolk must, a static racking is
made, to ferment for about 19 days in stainless steel tanks.
Racking of lees, with subsequent maintenance of fine lees to gain
volume.
TASTING
COLOUR: Straw yellow.
NOSE: Intense varietal aromas: tropical fruits (banana, liquefied
pineapples) and certain herbaceous hints.
MOUTH: Voluminous and enveloping character, balanced in its
acidity and alcohol, which intensifies freshness and youth.
PAIRING: White meats, fish, appetizers, cheeses, pasta, paellas
or desserts.
FORMAT: 750 ml bottles.
SERVING: 8º – 10 ºC
