T H E H A R V E S T
Our 2022 Pinot Gris was fermented for seven months in stainless steel
tanks at a low temperature to preserve aromatics. We partnered with
Stroda Vineyards to add an additional level of complexity to the flavor
profile.
THE VINTAGE
The 2022 harvest began with a very cold and wet spring. The summer
was warm and dry, with a short rain episode in September, a beautiful
October followed.
