Sourced from our longtime partners and friends at Quail Run Vineyards
in the Rogue Valley AVA. The vineyard site is 1850 feet in elevation
with Manita loam soil.
THE VINTAGE
While the yields will be low for the 2022 vintages, the quality will be
one to savor. The spring was a roller coaster of weather, resulting in
these low yields. The summer was ideal for growing with minimal
heat spike episodes.
T H E H A R V E S T
Pressed whole cluster and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low
temperature for 4 months to preserve the aromatics and complexity
of the flavor profile.
